Welcome to Spanish Schoolhouse in Allen, TX! We are conveniently located at 1239 N. Alma Dr. in Allen, at the northwest corner of Alma Dr. and Exchange Pkwy. SSH Allen is owned and operated by Paulina Parker, who has over 35 years of experience as a teacher and director!

Come visit our campus for a tour. You will fall in love with our program and the professional, nurturing staff who teach and care for our children.

Meet the Director

Paulina Parker

Paulina was born in Florida and at age 10 moved to El Salvador, which she considers home. A passion for teaching motivated her to earn a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Master's degree in Family Counseling. Paulina owned and directed her own preschool in El Salvador for 12 years.

In 2002, she moved to Texas where she taught kindergarten for six years. She became involved with Spanish Schoolhouse in 2003, where she led the After School Spanish program for the Frisco ISD. Paulina feels blessed to be the director and owner of Spanish Schoolhouse in Allen since 2008. It allows her to enrich the lives of children with academic excellence and the Spanish language, and to share her Latino culture.

Preschool

Spanish Immersion at Spanish Schoolhouse means your child is surrounded by Spanish throughout the entire preschool day, creating natural, meaningful language exposure. Our unique preschool program strives for academic excellence while helping children gain the invaluable skill of understanding and using Spanish in everyday situations.

Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten is offered as a five-day bilingual option (three days Spanish and two days English), or a three-day all-Spanish program. Our comprehensive curriculum incorporates all the fundamental skills students need to succeed in first grade! We have highly experienced Spanish and English teachers who share teaching responsibility by presenting a continuous curriculum in alternating languages.
